Does any audio leave the phone?
No. Recording, speaker separation, transcription and title generation all run on the device. The app has no server and no account. It sends anonymous usage counts only, never audio or text, as disclosed in the privacy policy.
Can I use it for witness interviews and depositions?
It is a recorder and transcriber, so yes. Recording consent rules vary by state and country. Check the rules that apply to you before recording anyone.
What does it cost?
The download is free and includes two full interviews. After that, a one-time $19.99 unlock. There is no subscription.
What phone do I need?
iOS 26 on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone, which is the iPhone 15 Pro or later.
